I thought I'd share my excitement about the cake decorating class I'm taking right now (Eddie gave it to me for Christmas). Here is a picture of my first cake. I decided to put the chinese characters for friendship on it since we ate it at our Chinese New Year party Saturday night. (for those of you who know Chinese...I realize the characters are backwards...sorry...I didn't take that into consideration when I transferred the design) Oops! :)
(I cut it before I realized I hadn't taken a picture yet...oops!)
