Yay for Summer Vacation!

We just got back a couple of weeks ago from an awesome vacation out to Utah and Wyoming for 2 weeks. We were able to visit so many friends and family members - it was so good to see everyone again!

The first day in Utah we took Thomas to meet Great Grandpa and Norma Denny. I think they got a good glimpse into how much of a character he is. He won Grandpa's heart over immediately.

That same day we also got to visit with Aunt Amy, Aunt Pam, Kara, Aly, Jeff and the Willey grandkids, Matt, Rand and Bradley and their kids, Mark & Lisa & Eddie's old roommate Sean and his wife Rachael. It was a full day but so much fun to see everyone! We probably should've gotten more pics of everyone. Sorry!

The next day we drove to my parent's house in WY for a visit with my immediate family. All of us were home that weekend except Kent and his family. Don't worry they're our neighbors now so we get to see them all the time! :) We went to the famous Bills' fireworks in Lander. It was AMAZING as usual!

We also had ample food and cookouts in the firepit on the patio. Man, installing that firepit was a good idea!

Everett insisted we light off some fireworks on the 4th (since the ones in Lander were on the 3rd) so here's the boys being boys. "Dude, check out that bottle rocket"

We also went for a little day trip up to the mountains to have a little picnic. Well, I shouldn't say little....when it comes to food, nothing's little at the Howell house.

Thomas had a blast with his cousin Taylor. She tried to kiss him and he kept pushing her away. That silly boy.

This is our attempt at a family picture by the lake (it is actually us trying to keep Thomas from jumping into the lake - he LOVES to swim!)
