Florida (Finally!)

WARNING: Lots of pictures.

I'm finally getting around to posting our trip to Florida a month ago. We had so much fun! It was so fun to get to know Eddie's Grandma (GG) and Aunt (Anne or Granny) a lot better. They are such wonderful women! They made our stay so awesome. Thomas will never forget them - even now a month later when he sees the pictures he will point to them and say their names. So fun and loving.

We gathered some shells at the beach. We went to Sanibel Island right off the western coast of FL - so that's the gulf you can see!

Here's a belly shot from a month ago - it has since become much bigger. Thomas loved putting his feet in the water (We all loved it!)

Thomas looked so "Florida" in his flowered shirt and khaki shorts and hat.

When we first got to the beach a dolphin swam by really close to the shore. It was crazy.

I just thought this picture was really cute. If you look really close you can see that Thomas has a little wedgie goin' on.

We decided to catch a spring training game while we were down there. We watched the Tampa Bay Rays annihilate the Astros. It was lots of fun and such a nice day for a ball game.

Update: yes, we switched Thomas to a big boy bed the same night as the "incident" and he has done a pretty good job so far. It has helped that he can't open doors yet. We'll post pics of his new room soon. Man, I can't believe how much my little boy is growing up!
